Maxime is a managing partner at Falcon Capital. He has an extensive experience in the Aerospace and Aviation Sector, especially in Luxaviation, during its early stages, which is now the 2nd largest private jet operator in the world. He served in the Luxaviation Group as the main leader in charge of the consolidation of the portfolio through managing the entire acquisition process and the build up of what is now the number one player in Europe and 2nd worldwide with 260 aircraft under management, 23 FBOs and 14 MRO centers. He also actively advised on some private equity deals of Saphir Capital Partners SA, (SICAV-SIF) regulated fund in Luxembourg, where he was also a shareholder. He sat on the boards of Winesource, Troc.com, Molinare. In addition to his extensive experience in Private Equity, Maxime developed a strong business network with top executives and market leaders in Europe, US and Asia. Maxime has also successfully closed some personal investments within the Real Estate sector in Luxembourg. He also has extensive experience in M&A, Banking and Insurance, which he gained through his career within Deloitte, Ernst & Young. Maxime holds a Degree from the “Ecole Supérieure de Commerce” Reims Management School, specialising in Finance, obtained with honors and a two-year University degree (DEUG) in Corporate Law at the Sorbonne.
